David Ruwwe

David Ruwwe is an Associate with the Austin office of Weitzman, one of the largest retail-focused commercial real estate services firms based in Texas. In this position, Ruwwe handles retail project representation, retail tenant representation and general brokerage in the Austin area. Prior to joining Weitzman, Ruwwe worked as national account manager and commercial tenant advisor for Cresa Global, Inc., where his duties included management of the site selection process for national portfolio companies looking to expand operations. Prior to Cresa, Ruwwe was an Associate Broker and Transaction Manager with Elevate Growth Partners, focusing on advising local retailers and office users on the commercial market.
