David Rumsey

David Rumsey is an Associate Broker with Gurney, Becker & Bourne Real Estate in Buffalo New York. Mr. Rumsey began his career with in 1992 with Stovroff & Herman in 1993, which later became RealtyUSA Commercial. Most recently in 2016, RealtyUSA Commercial was acquired by Hanna Commercial. In 2017, David began working at GBB. As a Licensed Associate Broker, David specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial and commercial office buildings. He also has extensive experience in land development and financing. After graduating from Denison University, he served in the Navy and spent seven years as a lending officer at Marine Midland Bank prior to running his own real estate company for 17 years. In recent years David has been among the top 10% of agents of 800, and has had average sales of well of $6,000,000 annually. David graduated from Nichols School in Buffalo, NY and Denison University with a Bachelor’s Degree.
