David began his real estate career working in residential real estate by leasing during the recession as a hedge against the non existent buy-sell market. In his journey prior to Commercial Real Estate he has had positions working on reverse, forward mortgages, structured settlement with separate firms and creative deal making/financing liquidating non-performing notes at a hedge fund. He utilized his deep-seated experience in real estate finance to represent his client’s best interests while advising them toward their short- and long-term investment goals through commercial real estate. David specializes in the acquisition and disposition of net-leased and retail investments in the Mid-Atlantic region. His success can be attributed to the deep-seated understanding and knowledge of the real estate industry, creative problem solving, and an unrelenting work ethic.
