David Reich

David has ranked among C&W's top producers in Canada. His primary focus is portfolio management for multi-location occupiers throughout North America, as well as strategic dispositions and complex consolidations. David currently oversees several portfolios for our mid-cap clients, sourcing and securing space nationwide. Before his decade in real estate, he worked in business development, procurement, and project management with tier-one EPC and Fortune 200 companies. He holds a BBA undergraduate degree from a top-ranking US business school and an associate's degree from SAIT. His strengths are evident in his consultative approach and his ability to align with his clients' strategic needs. David was raised in Fort McMurray and has called Calgary home for over 20 years.
