David Rappold serves as an advisor for Sperry Van Ness/Chirico Huber Properties specializing in the sale of land, retail and multifamily properties in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. Before beginning his career in commercial real estate, Rappold served as director of operations for Lowe’s Motor Speedway in Charlotte, North Carolina. While at Lowe’s, Rappold was responsible for management, employee training and event coordination. Previously, Rappold assisted Pete Dye, a golf course architect, in the development, design and construction of golf courses in Kohler, Wisconsin, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, and Las Vegas, Nevada. Rappold earned a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. He currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina.
