
As an investment associate with Colliers International, David’s primary focus is to create investment opportunities for his clients that outperform the existing market conditions. David has over 15 years of experience in all aspects of real estate acquisition, development and investment sales. Much of David’s professional career has been spent in the corporate real estate arena where he was responsible for managing a large diverse portfolio of real estate assets. This experience gives David a skill set that is unique to West Michigan and allows him to look at real estate transactions from all angles, which is a key component to completing successful real estate transactions. One of David’s areas of expertise is in real estate site-selection as well as land acquisitions and development. This includes site-selection, contract negotiation, and assisting his clients in navigating the local entitlement process as well as providing strategic market research including GIS and up to date market data.
