David Ramsay
David serves as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. A member of the investment committee, Dave has over 36 years of commercial real estate experience. He oversees all legal functions, including regulatory compliance, acquisition, disposition, leasing and lending documentation, due diligence assessments and insurance and litigation risks. His responsibilities involve assessing and managing entity and investment-level risk throughout the EverWest platforms.
