Prior to his commercial real estate career, David was in residential real estate, where he acted as managing director of operations and marketing for a high volume, top performing, regional residential real estate broker. Before this, David served as an operational team leader at the Charles Schwab Company in San Francisco, California, where he collaborated in the development, testing and implementation of Charles Schwab's Cost Accounting Software.
