David Parker has provided strategic planning and real estate advisory services to corporate and institutional clients for more than 30 years. In a three-decade career he acquired, leased, sold, and managed more than 42 million square feet of commercial real estate regionally and nationally. His clients have included firms in the legal, financial service, contracting and public interest arenas. Additionally David has advised institutions, domestic pension funds, private equity funds and global institutions in the acquisition, management and disposition of more than $10B in U.S. real estate. Parker is a former Chairman of the Loudoun County Economic Development Commission and President of the Dulles Area Transportation Association. Additionally, he has served on as a commissioner on the LoudounIDA/EDA, and the boards of the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce, Loudoun Cares and the User Fee Task Force.
