David joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in 2024 as Senior Vice President of Commercial Property Services and brings more than 30 years of experience in asset services. David most recently served as Senior Vice President for Lincoln Harris in the Raleigh/Durham/Charlotte area, where he led the Investment Client Service Division for all management operations in the Carolinas for nearly 15 years. David is responsible for leading and setting the strategic direction for the firm’s commercial property management team(s), which specialize in the management of multiple property types, including facilities, industrial, retail, medical, and office, across the Commonwealth of Virginia, and totals more than 30 million square feet. His dedication to client advocacy and service excellence is beneficial for both the clients he serves and the teams he will lead.
