David Mulholland

David Mulholland began his career in commercial real estate in 2008 at one of the world’s largest international commercial real estate firms. While there, he gained valuable experience and training by working alongside a team of some of the city’s top producing brokers. As a team they focused primarily on Downtown office leasing. During his time in the industry, David has represented a wide range of clients, from local start-ups to some of the world’s largest and most recognizable companies. He has been engaged by both tenants and landlords in finding unique solutions to their real estate challenges. David had been involved in in over 4.5 million square feet of leasing and sales transactions over the course of his career. David is a graduate of the University of Alberta where he completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Finance. He has also worked in the engineering industry where he was involved in the design and project management of commercial and civil developments.
