ABOUT
David Morrison joined Starlight in 2014 and is responsible for acquisitions, dispositions and financings in Canadian Residential. Since joining Starlight, he has closed over $4B+ worth of transactions. David leads the deal underwriting, and manages the deal due-diligence process for multiple Starlight funds. Prior to Starlight, David spent 5 years at an institutional lender where he underwrote $2B+ in commercial mortgages. David holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph with a major in Real Estate and Housing.
