David W. Morris has a 30-year background as an office leasing specialist. He joined NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc. in 1998 and focuses on regional office leasing. Starting with Jackson Cross Co. (Insignia/ESG), Dave represented the King of Prussia Business Center, one of the first new office projects to be built in the western suburbs. During the 1980s, Dave headed a 10-person sales team for Helmsley Greenfield and opened a new suburban office for that group. Moving back into "line" sales with CB Commercial, Dave negotiated the largest lease transaction for the 50 person, New York City office. More recently, Dave had leasing responsibility for 650,000 SF of office product as Marketing Director for Adwin, a PECO investment subsidiary.
