David Mills

David has worked in the Real Estate industry since 1999. David started his Real Estate career working as a research assistant at a commercial appraisal firm in Tempe, Arizona. He also worked as a leasing and sales agent with a large property management firm in Mesa, Arizona. During that time was able to obtain his Real Estate license and put himself through Commercial Appraisal School at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business. He has an extensive background in commercial, industrial and business consultation. He currently owns and operates numerous real estate holdings ranging from single family homes, subdivision developments to large commercial and multi family projects. As an active investor and project developer, he has assisted countless buyers, from the first time home buyer to the experienced property and business owner. Interests:Active pilot and aircraft owner, open water scuba diver, heavy equipment operator, Eagle Scout and active with the local Scout Troop.
