David Menaged

In the more than ten years that David Menaged has been representing tenants and landlords, he has completed more than 500 transactions totaling more than 2 million square feet, with aggregate rent commitments of over $400 million. His acumen for the business was demonstrated early on, when, in his second year in the industry, he was named as a finalist in The Real Estate Board of New York's "Most Promising Salesperson" contest. Before founding Intrepid Real Estate Group, Menaged worked for eight years as a Senior Director at Adams & Company Real Estate. In this position, he was responsible for the training and daily management of five brokers.
