David McElroy

David McElroy specializes in single-asset and portfolio investment sales throughout the eastern US for CBRE Hotels. He has 13 years of full-service hotel operations and sales management experience in the Northeast including several years as general manager of a 300-room, full-service convention hotel. Prior to joining CBRE in 1996, Mr. McElroy was Northeast Director of Franchise Sales and Development for Hospitality Franchise Systems (HFS).
