A lifelong Idaho resident who grew up in the Wood River Valley and relocated to Boise in 1991, David has built an impressive career in real estate spanning three decades. During this time, he has completed more than 1,000 transactions, including over 400 apartment complexes, consistently ranking in the top 1% of agents in Idaho. His expertise includes the brokerage and investment of apartments, industrial, office, and retail properties. In 2002, David founded Idaho Commercial Brokerage, where his focus on providing superior representation and investment advisory services has solidified his status as a leader in Idaho’s commercial real estate sector. His deep market knowledge, integrity, and creative financing solutions have enabled him to develop strong relationships within the banking community and adapt to evolving market conditions. David, a father of three, earned his pilot’s license in 2006. He now spends his free time flying his Scout across Idaho’s backcountry and along the beaches of Mexico, combining his passion for aviation with his love of the outdoors.
