David McArdle

David F. McArdle is a Senior Managing Director and National Practice Leader of the Gas Station/Convenience Store and Restaurant Practice Groups of Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory division. The Gas Station/Convenience Store group and Restaurant group consist of approximately 35 senior valuation professionals dedicated to both industries. The groups are responsible for valuations of virtually every gas station, convenience store and restaurant property type. From 1987 to 1991 he was with Breslin Appraisal Company of Huntington, New York as a fee appraiser. From July 1991 to March 1993 he was employed with Ray Brower Associates in Seaford, New York as a staff appraiser. Since joining the division in 1993 Mr. McArdle has performed appraisal and consulting assignments in over 25 states across the country which have included office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, industrial buildings, apartment buildings and various special use properties. He specializes in the valuation of gas stations, auto dealerships, golf courses and restaurants.
