David Mauer

David brings more than seven years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, specializing in both landlord and tenant representation across office, retail, and flex office properties. He works closely with property owners, businesses, and investors throughout the Atlanta metro market, helping clients strategically lease, acquire, and position distinctive commercial spaces that align with their operational and investment goals. In addition to leasing representation, David also advises buyers and sellers on the acquisition and disposition of unique commercial properties throughout the region. A Midtown Atlanta resident for more than three decades, David offers clients deep local knowledge and a strong understanding of the city’s evolving neighborhoods and business corridors. He is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and serves as Principal and Qualifying Broker of Graham and Arthur, LLC, where he oversees brokerage operations and works with clients to navigate the Atlanta market with insight, experience, and a relationship-driven approach.
