David Mauer

David spent the majority of his career in the fitness industry owning and managing health clubs in Midtown Atlanta. In 2019 he decided to combine his passion for business and helping others and embarked on a career in commercial real estate. He specializes in landlord and tenant representation in both office and retail properties in the Intown Atlanta markets (Midtown, Inman Park, Candler Park, Buckhead, Westside, Decatur, and Kirkwood). He loves helping business owners find the perfect home for their office or new brick and mortar retail store. David's been a resident of Midtown Atlanta for over 30 years and is a member of Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, Piedmont Park Conservancy, and the Atlanta Botanical Gardens.
