After earning a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Urban Economics from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) in December 2013, Livingston joined Cushman & Wakefield Commerce as a Research Specialist. By 2015, he transitioned into brokerage with Sun Commercial Real Estate’s Investment Services Group, where he expanded his expertise across investment sales, owner-user transactions, site selection, and leasing. In 2026, Livingston founded Kinetic Property Advisors, a modern commercial brokerage built to bring energy, innovation, and execution to an evolving industry.
