David Kronman, President and Partner, joined Cape Advisors in 2004 and has overseen over $2 billion in development projects for the company, including the Mondrian SoHo, 30 Warren, 75 West Broadway, Greenwich West/110 Charlton Street and 5 Crosby Street (all in Manhattan) and the Watchcase in Sag Harbor, NY. David cultivates relationships with the best consultants and strategic partners in New York City, maintaining a network of trusted team members that extend Cape Advisors’ in-house capabilities to meet the demands of complex, large-scale developments. “We welcome challenging projects that change the built environment and enhance the urban experience.” David graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics.
