David Kraut is the President and Managing Broker for West Fork Realty Group. LLC. He specializes in the sale of multifamily properties throughout the southwestern Ohio region, with over 35 years’ experience in multifamily development, acquisitions and property management. He attributes his success to building relationships, client service and an extensive knowledge of the multifamily industry. Each transaction is more than the property itself, it is also a piece of the larger investment strategy of his clients. Prior to West Fork Realty Group, LLC., David served as a Broker with Weprin Realty, Inc. A resident of Cincinnati, Ohio, he has lived in Florida and Ohio, received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and is licensed in the State of Ohio.
