David is a Vice President for Transwestern’s Tenant Advisory/Workplace Solutions and Investment Sales groups in Chicago. David works with occupiers of space and specializes in creating and executing real estate strategies, identifying and evaluating space alternatives, and negotiating commercial leases. In addition, David works with property owners, owner-users, and real estate investors/developers in the purchase and sale of commercial properties in the greater Chicago region.
