David Katz

David Katz is a Senior Associate in the Advisory & Transaction Services Group in CBRE’s Midtown Manhattan Office, working closely with Vice Chairman David Hollander and Senior Vice President Brad Auerbach. In his role, he provides market intelligence and analyses, performs data collection, business development and works with tenants on their occupancy strategies. David has experience representing Landlord's, providing leasing and marketing services and strategic development. In 2022, David was recognized alongside colleague, Michael Affronti, for winning the Edward S. Gordon Memorial Award at REBNYs Ingenious Deal Awards. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Katz was an accomplished college student, attending both New York University (NYU) and University of Michigan (UofM) for his studies. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sports Management with an emphasis on venue development from UofM. During his collegiate years, Mr. Katz completed an internship with Newmark Knight Frank, as well as the New York Yankees and Michigan’s Center for Sport and Policy. Mr. Katz’s extracurricular activities during college also included playing Men’s Varsity Basketball for NYU.
