David Judd

As Vice President at Metro Commercial, David specializes in landlord and tenant representation. His active retail clients include At Home, Valvoline Instant Oil Change, GameStop and Sola Salon Studios. In addition, David represents numerous owners on a project leasing and sales basis. His active owner clients include Kimco, Realty Income, SITE Centers Corp., Store Capital, BET Investments, Time Equities and Raider Hill Advisors. David has been a member of the Metro team since 2017 and is based out of our Mt. Laurel office. He is a graduate of Drexel University.
