He serves as the Commercial Division Sales Manager for The Keyes Company Commercial Real Estate Division, overseeing South Florida markets including Miami-Dade, Palm Beach, Broward, Martin, St. Lucie, and Volusia Counties. With more than 32 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, David specializes in Industrial, Retail, Retail Strip Centers, Multi-Family, Office, Self-Storage Facilities, and Commercial Leasing. He brings extensive expertise across all facets of commercial real estate development. Throughout his career, David has developed, built, and managed more than 250,000 square feet of boutique retail centers and has sold and leased over two million square feet of industrial, retail, and multi-family properties. Prior to joining The Keyes Company, David spent 13 years with Coldwell Banker Commercial and also served for many years as a Broker/Owner, with offices in Philadelphia, PA; Allentown, PA; and Cherry Hill, NJ. In his current role, David is responsible for the growth of The Keyes Commercial Division in South Florida, the development of training programs for both new associates and experienced brokers, and the implementation of commercial marketing and technology initiatives for the division. David’s mission is to share his industry knowledge and experience while successfully assisting clients in all aspects of their commercial real estate needs. He remains dedicated to fostering long-term relationships through exceptional service and unwavering ethical standards.
