David joined KBC to co-lead the New York business with Gabe Temkin, further expanding the firm’s footprint across the region. With nearly 20 years of industrial real estate experience across the tri-state area, David has played a pivotal role in shaping some of the most impactful last-mile logistics and industrial outdoor storage (IOS)/electric vehicle (EV) developments in New York City (NYC). Prior to joining KBC, David was a partner and the head of acquisitions at Wildflower LTD ($2.5B AUM), a leading logistics and infrastructure development company, where he was a major contributor to many groundbreaking projects throughout the New York Metropolitan area. He also spent time at Eastern Consolidated as a brokerage professional, where he specialized in uncovering and negotiating the sale of development sites and value-add properties throughout NYC.
