David's background includes residential and commercial transactions. He has acted as a Sales Associate, Broker-Associate and Broker Manager with oversite of as many as 25 agents concentrating on "mixed portfolio" business. This experience has enabled him to attain Coldwell Banker Previews International status due to the quantity of "high end" residential properties he has sold and CB's Residential Community Commercial accreditation allowing him to manage a commercial property portfolio, as well. It is his strong belief an agent's market needs to be "an inch wide and a mile deep" not "an inch deep and mile wide".
