David Ingle

David brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience to NAI Charleston. His focus is office and retail sales/leases, plantation sales, and forestry and land conservation. He also serves the real estate needs of Evening Post Industries whose holdings include 15,000 acres of timber land as well as land development and sales in Charleston and Georgetown, SC. Prior to working at NAI Avant and starting NAI Charleston, he was President of Ingle Properties, a broker at Palmetto Commercial Properties, and a broker at Disher Hamrick and Meyers. In August 2017, David joined Thomas Boulware, Dexter Rumsey, and David Grubbs in founding NAI Charleston.
