Throughout this time, David's entrepreneurial spirit led him to concurrently establish a wine touring and transportation business, catering to affluent tourists in Napa and Sonoma County. This venture not only showcased his world-class customer service skills but also exposed him to the intricacies of the region's properties. It was during this period that he realized the natural alignment between his interests, his wife's expertise in commercial and residential construction developments, and a burgeoning interest in real estate. Moving around frequently in his early life, David found a sense of belonging in Sonoma County, where for the past decade he happily resides with Carrie and their two sons and daughter in Healdsburg, CA.
