David Huffman

From 1976 to 2023 Mr. Huffman has been active in the marketing, leasing, sales, investment and development of commercial real estate. In 1999, Mr. Huffman and Mr. Wiggin merged their two companies, Property Resource Group, LLC. and Wiggin Properties Inc. to form Wiggin Properties, LLC. Fifteen years later, Mr. Huffman sold his ownership interest in the company and retired from his primary role as Brokerage Division Manager. Today, Mr. Huffman serves as an advisor to a limited client base, including the company's Investment Division. Between 1982 and the merger with Wiggin, Mr. Huffman was the principal owner and Manager of Property Resource Group, a commercial real estate management and brokerage company that managed properties for Spaulding and Slye, a Boston based development company. Prior to forming Property Resource Group Mr. Huffman was employed by Inovest Inc, Spaulding & Slye, and The Oklahoma City Urban Renewal Authority. Mr. Huffman received his Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Studies from Southern Methodist University in 1975. He earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute in 1993. Mr. Huffman is a lifelong resident of Oklahoma City and has been actively involved in many industry and community organizations, including serving as President of the Commercial Real Estate Council of Oklahoma City, Young Men's Dinner Club, Children's Hospital Foundation, Oklahoma City Golf & Country Club, and the Boys & Girls Club of Oklahoma County.
