
David joined Atlantic Retail in 2019 as an Investment Advisor in the Charlotte office. Coming from previous jobs with three of the world’s largest real estate firms, David brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and best practices to Atlantic in order help our clients facilitate 1031/1033 tax-exchanges, advertise and sell Shopping Centers and Triple-Net (NNN) Assets, and conduct Sale-Leaseback transactions for private and institutional property owners. David’s clients include National & Regional Developers, High Net Worth Investors, Public REITs, and numerous Real Estate Funds & Partnerships. David is a South Carolina native and a proud alumnus of Clemson University. He is an avid sports & fitness enthusiast, so much of his free time is spent working out at the gym, playing golf or basketball, and running local trails around the city. David currently lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife, Courtney, but his business extends nationwide with property sales over the last two years in NC, SC, GA, FL, TN, VA, TX, AZ, CO, and NV.
