With a career spanning two decades, David Hopkins, a Lansco Senior Managing Director, has spent the last seventeen years leasing primarily office and some retail spaces. Formerly a landlord's agent at Grubb and Ellis, David has orchestrated both tenant and landlord-side negotiations, and now counts a group of fashion tenants totaling 26,000 square feet at 1410 Broadway; a full floor in the Chrysler building; and a 40,000 non-profit venture at 440 9th Avenue as a few of his major New York City clients. Mr. Hopkins holds a BA in Mathematics and a MM in Music (his other passion). David typifies Lansco's full-service approach to customer care, and when not making sweet music for his clients, he can be found creating his own in various US and international-based jazz ensembles.
