David Holiner

David Holiner is the founder and President of Holiner Holdings. He specializes in retail and industrial acquisitions, as well as helping build and execute growth strategies for clients. Prior to Holiner Holdings, David was employed at Lincoln Property Company in Dallas on their Industrial team. He also worked at JLL in Shanghai, China, where he led real estate expansion for multinational companies in Asia. David received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin, where he was an NCAA Finalist, All-American and team captain of the nationally ranked Texas tennis team. He obtained his master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in New York.
