David Hardy

David Hardy has been the Managing Director for CBRE’s Kentucky operations since 2005 while also serving as a Player/Coach for the office properties division. David has been brokering office properties and advising clients in the Louisville market since 1988, working with owners and tenants throughout the market. He has handled the sale of several office buildings in the region and has been involved with lease transactions on behalf of many of Louisville’s most prominent companies and office properties. Under David’s leadership, CBRE Louisville, an affiliate of CBRE, Inc., was named one of Louisville’s fastest growing companies in 2004, 2006, 2007 and 2008 prior to being acquired by CBRE, Inc. in 2014. CBRE is ranked #122 on the Fortune 500 list and has been locally ranked as the #1 commercial real estate firm by Louisville Business First for the past 12 years.
