David Haines

David was born and raised in Dallas, surrounded by discussions of real estate, and how to evaluate properties as his father would take the entire family on Sunday afternoon drives to go look at expanding markets of Dallas. David graduated from The University of Alabama in 2013 with a degree in Business Administration and double minor in Real Estate and Marketing. David began his real estate career in college as a leasing agent for CASE Commercial and then later as a lake house community developer with Legacy Point in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Upon returning to Dallas to be close to family and friends, he joined his father, Terry to expand the family real estate company and has since been apart of $50 Million in land sales and $150 Million of development.
