David Gunther

David Gunther is a Vice President in Colliers International’s Bellevue, WA office. He concentrates on landlord and tenant representation within King and Snohomish counties, and combines his strong work ethic, market knowledge, communications skills, and ability to execute complex assignments to complete needs analyses and develop real estate solutions that meet clients’ operational and financial goals. In addition, Mr. Gunther’s prior career as a Wall Street analyst at both Bloomberg and Moody’s Investors Service allows him to provide clients with the true financial cost and value associated with leases and purchases. Outside of work, Mr. Gunther enjoys the outdoors and holds certifications from the National Outdoor Leadership School, an organization that focuses on leadership skills, technical outdoor skills, and environmental ethics. He also volunteers with Outdoors For All Foundation, a non-profit whose mission is to enrich the quality of life for children and adults with disabilities through outdoor recreation. Mr. Gunther participated in transactions valued at more than $16.5 million in his rookie year in the commercial real estate business. Among those was Premier Fixtures’ 156,000-square-foot lease in Everett, WA, the largest lease transaction in Snohomish County in 2017. He has also been responsible for leasing over 445,000 square feet of office and warehouse space.
