David Guardado is retail leasing broker specializing and landlord representation throughout southern California, with primarily focusing on the San Fernando Valley. In additional to experience in retail leasing / sales and residential real estate sales. Prior to joining CBM, David was a retail leasing agent with the RB Group, owned and operated by the well-respected broker, Robert Bachenheimer. Before shifting into commercial real estate, David began is real estate career as a residential sales agent with Century 21 realty. In additional to his considerable real estate skills, David is fully bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish.
