David Grant

David A. Grant is an Executive Vice President in the Retail Services Group at Colliers International Las Vegas, where he concentrates on the sales and leasing of retail properties. Prior to joining Colliers International, Mr. Grant was the Vice President, Leasing for Triple Five Nevada Development Corporation and Vice President, Retail Properties for American Nevada Corporation where he also served as Corporate Broker for American Nevada Realty. Mr. Grant is experienced in all phases of shopping center development, design, sales, and leasing. He has served in the real estate industry since 1985. Mr. Grant has built strong relationships within the local real estate community. He is known for his commitment to the industry and his clients.
