David Gomez
Principal and Managing Partner, Operations and Development with Peak Capital Advisors
David Gomez is Principal, Co-Founder, and Head of Operations & Development at Peak. He leads all of the firm's construction and design efforts. His mission is to create a community approach to development, evoking an emotion of comfort for Peak's tenants through intentional design and planning. Prior to Peak, David was the Founder and President of Fountain Equities, a vertically integrated real estate brokerage, which he started in 2012. Prior to that, he worked as the Asset and Construction Manager of over 300,000 SF for a prominent New York Real Estate family. Throughout his career as a real estate professional, he has sourced, negotiated, and transacted on over $900,000,000 worth of New York real estate. David is an active triathlete and avid hiker.
