Along with being voted “Best New Retail Development in DFW” for his work with Bass Pro Shops and the Bass Pro development land assemblage, David has played a fundamental role in assembling valuable tracts of land for retail development on behalf of Costco, Rockwall Independent School District, and Direct Development among many others.
