David Ellis

Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis and following a successful college sports career, David was recruited to Special Operations at Arnel & Affiliates, a diversified investment company. David initially focused on directly assisting George L. Argyros, a successful entrepreneur and the current United States Ambassador to Spain. This role enabled David an insider view into the development, leasing, and management of both commercial and multi family projects as well as expansive insight into private equity ventures. David describes his tenure with Argyros as a "Real World MBA". Later, David shifted his focus to Arnel Commercial Properties, where he marketed and leased numerous commercial office projects in Orange and Los Angeles Counties. David brings this arsenal of knowledge and experience to negotiate the best possible terms and conditions for his clients.
