David Eldredge

David Eldredge is a REALTOR® and Broker/Owner of Realty Solutions Inc., bringing more than 40 years of residential and commercial real estate experience to buyers, sellers, property owners, and investors throughout Southeastern Massachusetts, the South Shore, and Cape Cod. Whether helping someone purchase a first home, sell a longtime family residence, relocate, downsize, or evaluate an investment property, David provides experienced guidance, responsive communication, and personal attention from the first conversation through closing. He believes clients deserve straightforward advice, a clear understanding of their options, and a real estate strategy tailored to their individual goals. David’s extensive residential, commercial, and investment background gives his clients a valuable perspective on property value, marketability, financial considerations, and long-term potential. In addition to assisting residential buyers and sellers, he has considerable experience with multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, and other income-producing properties. His understanding of real estate is grounded in firsthand ownership and operating experience. David purchased his first two-family property at age 19, and by age 25 had built a portfolio of more than 100 apartments and 25,000 square feet of commercial space, supported by a full-time staff of 25. That experience continues to shape his practical, investment-minded approach and his ability to recognize opportunities, anticipate potential challenges, and help clients make confident, well-informed decisions. David also spent more than a decade in the financial services industry, working with business owners and high-net-worth families on investment strategies focused on growth, income, and capital preservation. He is the founder of a strategic real estate investment company and two residential brokerage companies. David attended Northeastern University’s College of Engineering and has remained actively involved in the local community. He has served as vice chairman of the Falmouth Economic Development and Industrial Corporation and as a director of the Falmouth Chamber of Commerce. David is married and has five children and eight grandchildren. Outside of real estate, he enjoys weight training, biking, and hiking.
