David Durbin

David Durbin is a veteran real estate professional and returned to CBRE after working on a variety of real estate projects and transactions across the United States and internationally. His expertise includes 14 years of corporate real estate development with Gulf Oil Real Estate and Development Company, Mobil Land Development Corporation and Chevron USA. While with CB Richard Ellis earlier in his career, he represented Microsoft Corporation and, as a co-founder of Madison Advisory Group, Inc., negotiated its sale to CBRE. In West Virginia, he conducts business statewide, including Beckley, Parkersburg, Huntington, Charleston, Clarksburg, Bridgeport, Fairmont, Morgantown and Wheeling.
