David D. Dowers has over 20 years experience in the area of commercial real estate services. The added value David brings to his clients is his experience in coordinating and overseeing all appropriate resources to deliver a "complete" project, including furniture, equipment, phone & data, signage, security, etc. With over 25 years of construction and business management experience, David has an extensive background in implementation and management of design, construction, and renovation processes in a wide variety of facilities. David's experience includes serving as Director of Operations for CLW Real Estate Services, and Southeast Region Director of Construction for Lincoln Property Company. David received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Construction from the University of Washington. He holds a WA Real Estate License and is a CCIM candidate. David is a Spokane native and is active in the Greater Spokane Incorporated, Spokane Real Estate Traders Club, National Association of Realtors, Washington Association of Realtors, Spokane Association of Realtors, Commercial Brokers Association (CBA), and other local community, business, and professional organizations.
