David Dowers

Dave Dowers has over 40 years experience in the area of commercial real estate services. With over 25 years of construction and project management experience, Dave brings added value to his clients from his extensive background in management of design, construction, and renovation processes in a wide variety of facilities. Dave's experience includes serving as Director of Operations for CLW Real Estate Services, and Southeast Region Director of Construction for Lincoln Property Company. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Construction from the University of Washington. He holds a WA Real Estate License and is a CCIM candidate.
