David joined Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ) in 1990. Since the beginning as a broker at Cushman & Wakefield, he has been very active in doing numerous sales and leasing specializing in the Silicon Valley and in particular the Menlo Park and Palo Alto markets. He offers a unique skillset combining brokerage skills with his in depth knowledge of leasing, operations, and management.
