He retired at an early age from the tech industry to pursue his passion of realty and help others achieve their financial security through real estate. He is a tech savvy, commercial & residential developer, seasoned investor, property manager, commercial and residential real estate agent. Known around town as being a “connector,” he has a very large network of relationships with many professionals in the industry and always goes above and beyond to help others be successful. David got his start in real estate when he was only 19 years old and built his first house from his own hand drawing. He did everything from the zoning changes, funding, land acquisition, etc. He oversaw every aspect of the build (even did 80% of the work himself). Since then he has purchased, managed and sold numerous passive income properties in multiple states. He has also built multi-million-dollar subdivisions from start to finish. David is not scared of a challenge and will climb mountains to be successful in all that he does.
