David DiBenedetto joined Pennsylvania Commercial Real Estate in October 2020. Prior to joining Pennsylvania Commercial, David worked for a year in residential real estate sales, as well as four years as a Mortgage Loan Originator in both Pittsburgh, PA and Stuart, FL. David is also Vice President of Industrial Sales for TDI Group, LLC, located in Blawnox, PA. He is a Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraiser through The Association of Machinery and Equipment Appraisers (AMEA), and an Accredited Appraiser through The Equipment Appraisers Association of North America (EAANA).
