David Denitz has been in Commercial Real Estate since 1985. He began selling and leasing real estate for a small commercial firm. After two and a half (2.5) years, David moved to a large commercial/industrial brokerage firm in the South Bay vicinity of Los Angeles. After thirteen (13) years of consistent top productivity, he joined a group of colleagues and formed GATEWAY BUSINESS PROPERTIES, a full service commercial and industrial real estate Brokerage Company. A member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR) since 1985. Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California since 1985.
